Kenny McAnally - "Life After Service: North Idaho Veterans" Writing as Therapy. Kenny is like many veterans who return home to and find relating to friends and family a challenge. With the encouragement of his wife, Kenny was introduced to CPT - Cognitive Processing Therapy, and was instructed to put his thoughts and memories down in writing. Seeing his thoughts on paper eventually gave him the courage to talk about his experience and move forward in a positive direction.
